What is our return policy?
We take returns very seriously as we care about what’s being delivered to you. However, we do accept returns only in the following cases:
You can return the outfit within 15 days of delivery. Please be noted that the shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable. For all the products that are purchased under 'Buy 1 Get 1 Free' Offer, we will refund or issue gift card worth 50% value of the product(s) if part of the order is returned. We’re sure that while raising a return request, you will take care of the below points which will help our returns team to quickly process your request:
Of course, you can’t resist trying an outfit and admiring yourself in the mirror with it! But please make sure that the original tags, labels, and packaging is retained, the product is unwashed & not damaged.
I had customized/altered my outfit. Can I still return the same?
Customized outfits are made exclusively for the “Unique You” and they cannot fit other customers. Hence sadly, we won’t be able to accept returns for such outfits. But we will try our best to assist you with minor alteration/refitting :)
Do I need to pay for my returns?
Nay! Don’t worry about this. We have this covered for you. In case of any special situations where we are not able to collect the outfit, please ship it to the address below and we will reimburse the cost to you. Please do not forget to save the shipping receipt :)
Can I send the outfit through the same delivery guy if I don’t like it?
No, all our returns have a separate procedure. We will have the outfit picked up separately, at a time convenient for you!
Do I need to return with the same packaging?
Yes, please ensure that the original packaging, tags, and labels are not tampered with. The claim for returns will not be processed without the same.
I paid for the product using COD?
No worries! We’ll refund the amount in the form of a Fashor voucher, which can be used for future purchases on our site.
How much time does it take for the refund, if I have made my payment by options other than COD?
Once your return is processed by our Return Buddies, the refund will be credited to your account within 10-15 days.
Under what condition will my return not get accepted?
Generally, we are flexible in our returns policy and we ensure all genuine return claims are processed at the earliest. However, we will not be able to accept the returns under the below conditions:
