RETURN POLICY

Though we take utmost care while delivering the right outfit for you, we understand that sometimes the outfit might not give you 100% satisfaction.

As a friendly bunch of people, we want you to be happy with the outfit so that you can flaunt it & get compliments :)

What is our return policy?

We take returns very seriously as we care about what’s being delivered to you. However, we do accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Damaged: This is a highly unlikely scenario as we lay significant emphasis on quality! All outfits pass through multiple levels of checks before being delivered. Our courier partners also work under the motto of “Handle with Care”. Still, if the product received by you is damaged, we’ll be happy to take it back.
  • Size Mismatch: Oh no! Did you happen to order the wrong size? Don’t worry, we’ll be happy to help you on this.
  • Did not like the product: Hmmm, don’t worry! You can still return the product and choose another amazing outfit!

You can return the outfit within 30 days of delivery. Please be noted that the shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable. We’re sure that while raising a return request, you will take care of the below points which will help our returns team to quickly process your request:
Of course, you can’t resist trying an outfit and admiring yourself in the mirror with it! But please make sure that the original tags, labels, and packaging is retained, the product is unwashed & not damaged.


Can I return outfits purchased during Offers?

Outfits purchased under Festive Offers and ‘Buy One Get One Free’ Offers are not eligible for return.

I had customized/altered my outfit. Can I still return the same?

Customized outfits are made exclusively for the “Unique You” and they cannot fit other customers. Hence sadly, we won’t be able to accept returns for such outfits. But we will try our best to assist you with minor alteration/refitting :)

Do I need to pay for my returns?

Nay! Don’t worry about this. We have this covered for you. In case of any special situations where we are not able to collect the outfit, please ship it to the address below and we will reimburse the cost to you. Please do not forget to save the shipping receipt :)

Can I send the outfit through the same delivery guy if I don’t like it?

No, all our returns have a separate procedure. We will have the outfit picked up separately, at a time convenient for you!

Do I need to return with the same packaging?

Yes, please ensure that the original packaging, tags, and labels are not tampered with. The claim for returns will not be processed without the same.

I paid for the product using COD?

No worries! We’ll refund the amount to your bank account or in the form of a Fashor voucher, which can be used for future purchases on our site.

How much time does it take for the refund, if I have made my payment by options other than COD?

Once your return is processed by our Return Buddies, the refund will be credited to your account within 10-15 days.

Under what condition will my return not get accepted?

Generally, we are flexible in our returns policy and we ensure all genuine return claims are processed at the earliest. However, we will not be able to accept the returns under the below conditions:

  • Used/washed outfits
  • Original packaging not provided
  • Customized outfits
  • Returns raised after 30 days of delivery
  • Outfits that were already exchanged once

 

SHIPPING POLICY

In how many days I will receive my outfit?
ASAP! We want you to look fashionable as soon as possible & will ensure that the outfit reaches you at the earliest depending on your customization/additional requests.
Delivery Time - 3 to 5 days. If alteration is required, then 7 to 10 days.

How can I track the status of the my order.
We will ensure that we update you constantly about the status of the product and the same can be viewed on our webpage as well.

Do you deliver Internationally?
We do not deliver internationally right now but will be starting international delivery soon.

Do you deliver everywhere in India?
Yeah! We have affiliate courier partners with vast coverage across India!

What if I am not present at the time of delivery?
Don’t worry, our delivery team will get in touch with you to deliver the product at the time of your convenience.

Do I need to ship the product on my own in case of return?
Nope, don’t worry about it. All the return cost is borne by us. In case of special situations, where we are not able to collect the return, please ship to our address and we will reimburse you the cost. Please save the shipping receipt :)

Do you offer express delivery? What are the charges?
We do understand the need for last-minute shopping! ;) We will try our best to deliver your outfit at the earliest if you need it immediately. Get in touch with us for such requirements. Express delivery charges will be extra.

What if my product is lost during transit?
Don’t worry! Our courier partners take utmost care in ensuring that the products are safely delivered to you :) Just in case the product is lost during transit, the amount that you have paid will be fully refunded to you.

Sale and Buy One Get One Free Events.

Outfits purchased during Sale Events and Buy One Get One Free Events will be shipped on a best-effort basis in the same timelines as regular orders. In case of Buy One Get One Free Offers, the outfits with the higher price will be charged.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

How can I cancel the order?

Simple! You can cancel the order before it is shipped. Just call us!.

How can I cancel order for our customized outfits.
Customized outfit requests should be cancelled before the outfit has gone for customization. Customization generally happens one day after the order has been placed. Once the outfit is customized it cannot be cancelled.

How can I cancel return?
Changed your mind? Just give us a call and we’ll get it done for you!

Under what reasons will my cancellation be rejected?
Generally, we will try to accommodate all your cancellation requests. But if your outfit is already altered and shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order. Please follow the cancellation deadlines.

Can I cancel the order after the product has been shipped.
Oops, we are sorry once the outfit has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please follow the return policy.

For COD orders, can I check the order before making the payments.

Sorry, we do not entertain this. Please pay our delivery guy first and then if for any reason you are unhappy with the outfit, follow the returns’ policy.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. Payment:

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
